Complaints procedure
Something not as it should be? Let us know. We resolve it within 14 days.
How to file a complaint
Send your complaint as specifically as possible by email to support@legendare.nl with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the complaint
- Photos if applicable (defect, wrong delivery)
- What resolution you would like
Our response
We confirm receipt within 1 working day and provide a substantive response within 14 days at the latest. If we can't, you'll receive a message with a reasonable timeframe in which we can.
Don't agree with our response
If we can't reach a resolution, you can submit your dispute to the Disputes Commission via: degeschillencommissie.nl
EU online dispute resolution
For consumers in the EU the European Commission ODR platform is available: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We aim to resolve disputes by mutual agreement before they go to a dispute commission.
