Returns

Time frame

You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you want to use your withdrawal right. After that you have another 14 days to send the package back.

Conditions

• Items unworn and unwashed
• Original label still attached
• Original packaging intact
• Underwear and socks not returnable for hygiene reasons

How to return

1. Email support@legendare.nl with your order number and which items you want to return
2. We send a return label within 1 working day (NL free, BE €9.95, rest EU on request)
3. Pack the items in the original box or similar packaging
4. Stick the label and drop off at PostNL or DHL pickup point
5. We process your return within 5 working days of receipt and refund to your original payment method

Return costs

• Netherlands: free with our return label
• Belgium: €9.95 return cost (deducted from refund)
• Rest of EU: on request, at consumer's expense
• Defect or wrong delivery: always free return, also outside NL

Refund

Within 5 working days of receiving your return we refund the amount to your original payment method. With Wero (iDEAL), Bancontact and credit card you'll see it on your account within 1-3 working days; with Klarna within 3-5 days.
