Track & trace
You'll get a track & trace link by email once your package is handed over to PostNL or DHL. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Not at home
PostNL and DHL offer a second delivery attempt. After that the package goes to the nearest pickup point. You then have 7-14 days to collect it before it returns to us.
Wrong address
Email support as fast as possible. Up to 15 minutes after ordering we can change the delivery address. After that the order has been processed and a change is only possible once the package has been returned to us.
