Article 1 — Identity of the merchant

Article 2 — Applicability

These general terms apply to every offer from Legendare and every distance contract between Legendare and the consumer.

Article 3 — The offer

If an offer has a limited validity period or conditions apply, this is explicitly stated in the offer. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products, including price, costs and delivery time.

Article 4 — The contract

The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions. Legendare confirms receipt of acceptance electronically.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal

The consumer has 14 days after receipt of the product to dissolve the contract without giving reasons. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, with label still attached, in original packaging.

Use of the model withdrawal form is not mandatory but recommended. View the model form and instructions.

Article 6 — Costs in case of withdrawal

Return shipping costs within the Netherlands are at Legendare's expense when the provided return label is used. Outside the Netherlands, return costs are at the consumer's expense, unless there is a defect or wrong delivery.

Article 7 — Price

Prices in the offer include VAT (21%) and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise indicated. Shipping is calculated in checkout based on delivery address.

Article 8 — Conformity and warranty

Legendare guarantees that the products meet the contract, the specifications stated in the offer and reasonable requirements of soundness and usability. This is in addition to the legal warranty under the law.

Article 9 — Delivery and execution

Orders placed before 3 PM on working days are shipped the same day. Delivery time in the Netherlands is 1-2 working days, Belgium 2-3 working days, rest of EU 3-5 working days. Maximum delivery time is 30 days from order, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 10 — Payment

Payment is made via the methods offered in checkout: Wero (iDEAL), Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Klarna and PayPal. We process payments via Shopify Payments.

Article 11 — Complaints

Complaints about the execution of the contract must be submitted to Legendare in a timely manner after the consumer has identified the defects, fully and clearly described, via support@legendare.nl.

We respond to a complaint within 14 days. In case of a dispute you can turn to the Disputes Commission or the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Article 12 — Applicable law

Dutch law exclusively applies to contracts between Legendare and the consumer to which these general terms apply.
